Spike Recovery
The spike recovery was evaluated by spiking 3 levels of Mouse Coagulation Factor XII into health mouse serum sample. The un-spiked serum was used as blank in this experiment.
The recovery ranged from 93% to 106% with an overall mean recovery of 100%.

Coagulation factor XII (F12) is a serum glycoprotein that plays multiple roles in initiating blood coagulation, fibrinolysis, and the production of bradykinin and angiotensin.
