Background: B7-H2/CD275

ICOSL protein (Inducible T-cell COStimulator Ligand), also known as B7h or CD275 protein, is a ligand of ICOS and belongs to one of the members of the B7 family. ICOSL is mainly expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells and B cells. The binding of ICOSL to ICOS can provide costimulatory signals that promote activation, proliferation and differentiation of T cells.
